 Queen Cakes Recipe



Ingredients :

3 cups of cake flour 

1/2 cup of sugar 

1/2 tsp salt 

3 tsp baking powder 

2 eggs 

1 cup milk 

1 tsp vanilla essence 

1/2 cup of cooking oil 


Method :

Sift flour, baking powder, sugar, salt and mix (dry ingredients ).


In a separate bowl add eggs, cooking oil, milk, and vanilla essence and mix (wet ingredients ).


Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients.


Gently mix the mixture. 


In your greased pan fill each baking tray cup with the muffin mixture.


Bake at 180° for 15 - 20 mins or until golden brown.
