Creamy Samp Recipe | South Africa   Ingredients : 1 kg samp  Water  Rama  Benny chicken stock / Aromat  Turmeric  Milk  Instructions : In your pot add your samp and boiling water, and cook samp for a few minutes  When your samp is soft, add rama and milk then mix. Then add Turmeric & Benny chicken flavor stock / Aromat and mix well. Leave your pot in the heat for 4 minutes, then set aside and serve.

How To Make Salsa | Easy Salsa Recipe  Ingredients : 1 Onion 4 Tomatoes 1 Cucumber 4 chilies 1 Tbsp of Vinegar 1 Tbsp of Aromat / Benny Chicken Flavour Method : Dice all your vegetables  Add your diced onion, tomato, cucumber, and chilies then mix. Add a bit of Vinegar and Aromat / Benny then mix. Then serve, Enjoy.

Macaroni & Tin fish salad

Macaroni & Tin Fish Easy Recipe Ingredients : Macaroni  Tin fish  Onion  Mayonnaise  Water  Cooking oil  1 Tbsp of paprika  1 Tbsp of rajah  1 Tbsp of aromat Instruction : Add Macaroni and water in a pot then boil for a few minutes. Stir your macaroni so that they don't stick. In a separate pot add cooking oil, onion, paprika, rajah, aromat then mix. Once your macaroni are cooked, remove the pot from the heat and set aside and drain the water from the macaroni pot. Open your tin fish and put it in a bowl, remove the bones, mash your tin fish. Drain water from the macaroni pot and transfer them to a bowl, add your onion mixture to macaroni mix, then add tin fish and mix. Then add Mayonnaise and mix  Then serve.

        CREAMY SPINACH RECIPE   Ingredients : 2 bundles of Spinach  250ml of Milk  2 Tbsp of Flour  2 Sachet of Benny chicken flavor / Aromat  2 Small Onions 2 Lids of Cooking oil  Instructions : 1. Rinse your Spinach first, once rinsed add it to your pot and boil it for a few minutes. 2. After boiling your Spinach, remove it from the heat. 3. In your separate pot, add a lid of cooking oil, and onion and fry for a few minutes. 4. While the onion is frying, in your bowl add flour and milk then mix until well combined. 5. When your onion is soft, add the flour and milk mixture and keep stirring, when your mixture becomes thick add a little bit of milk until the mixture is creamy. 6.   Carrot Muffins Using Golden Cloud  Carrot  Cake Mix  Ingredients : 500g Golden Cloud Carrot Muffins mix 100 ml sunflower oil 225 ml water 2 eggs Instructions : Preheat your oven to 180°C, whisk oil, water and eggs together then add the carrots cake loaf & muffin mix in the bowl then whisk until the ingredients are combined. Spoon the mixture into the muffin pan and fill each cup then bake for 15 - 20 mins or until a skewer comes out clean when inserted into the center of the muffin.

Amasi Fried Crispy Chicken

  Amasi Fried Crispy Chicken  Ingredients : Amasi/ Inkomazi Chicken pieces Chicken spice Barbecue spice Benny chicken flavor stock Salt Flour  Method : Coat your chicken with black pepper and salt, mix then pour Amasi / Inkomazi over the chicken, and leave it for an hour. Take an empty bowl, add 1 cup of flour, 1 tablespoon of benny, 1 tablespoon of barbecue spice, and 1 tablespoon of chicken spice.. mix them. Then coat your chicken in the flour mixture.  When you are done then add your chicken to a hot cooking oil pot, your oil should be enough so that your chicken does not stick in your pot.

Eggless Soft buns

               Eggless Soft Buns  Ingredients : 1 cup of warm milk 1 cup of warm water 10g yeast Sugar 6 cups of flour 1 tsp salt  Method :  In a bowl add 1 cup of warm milk, 1 cup of water, yeast, and sugar and stir until sugar dissolves and set aside. In a separate bowl, sift 6 cups of flour and 1 tsp of salt then add the wet ingredients and knead. Knead for about 10 mins, then add a little bit of butter then continue to knead. Grease your bowl then put your mixture back in the bowl, and cover it with a damp cloth for about 45 mins or until it is double the size. When it is double the size, make small round balls and place them in a greased pan then cover with a damp cloth and leave it to rise, after 25 mins or so brush with milk then bake in preheated oven at 180° for plus minus 25 mins, when done mix 1 tsp of sugar and 1 tsp of water then brush your buns. Done .. there you have your soft buns. Enjoy.

  Creamy Potato Salad | South African Ingredients : Potatoes Mayonnaise Pinch of salt Water to boil Robot peppers ( Green, Yellow & Red ) Optional You can also add boiled 2 eggs  Quick & Easy Potato Salad Recipe Method : Slice your potatoes into small cubes, add them to your pot, add water, and boil. Meanwhile, your potatoes are boiling, slice your robot papers into cubes and set aside. Add a pinch of salt to your potato pot and close the pot with the lid. Once your potatoes are soft, remove them from the heat and transfer them to an empty bowl  Then add your robot papers and mayonnaise then mix.

HOW TO MAKE FRENCH TOAST  Ingredients : 4 slices of white bread  3 eggs  1 Tsp ground cinnamon  250ml milk  2 Tbsp of sugar  1 cube of rama  Syrup of your choice  1 Tsp Benny chicken flavor stock  Method : In your bowl add your eggs, milk, cinnamon, benny, sugar, and whisk. Add a cube of rama to your pot and let it smelt.  Dip your bread in your egg mixture then fry each side. Drizzle with the syrup of your choice and enjoy.

Wors / Sausage Stew Recipe

  WORS / SAUSAGE STEW RECIPE Ingredients : Cooking oil Wors / Sausage 1 full Onion 1 Beef stock cube 1 Tsp of Rajah curry powder with garlic 1 Tsp of Rajah mild and spicy 1 Tsp of Six gun 2 Grated Tomatoes 1 Tbsp of Worcestershire 2 Tbsp Tomato sauce A half packet of brown onion soup 250ml of Water 2 tsp of sugar  Instruction : Add cooking oil to  your pot. When the oil is heated up, add your wors/sausage to  your pan and fry. Once your wors is fried, remove it from the pot. Put the pot back on your stove without the wors, add your onion,  and  beef stock cube and mix, then add your rajah mild and spicy spice, rajah carry powder with garlic spice,   six gun spice,  and stir. Add your grated tomato , Worcestershire sauce, and tomato sauce, and stir  On the side, in your bowl mix brown onion soup with water and add it to your gravy pot and mix then add 2 tsp sugar and mix  Cut your wors into pieces and put them in the gravy mixture and mix. & Enjoy.

Easy Homemade Oreo ice cream E asy homemade Oreo ice cream using 3 ingredients. Ingredients : 1 packet of Oreo biscuits 1  can of sweetened condensed milk 2 cups of fresh cream Method : 1. In a bowl whisk 2 cups of fresh cream until creamy. 2. Then add 1 can of sweetened condensed milk and whisk  3. Crush half of 1 packet of Oreo biscuits and leave some for topping  4. Add the crushed biscuit to the mix and whisk  5. Lastly transfer the mixture to your container, crush the remaining biscuits on top, cover, and freeze overnight.

  Homemade Custard Ingredients : 2 cups of milk  5 tbsp of Custard powder 5 tbsp of sugar 1 cup of warm water Method : 1. Add milk to your pot and let it boil for a few mins. 2. Meanwhile you are waiting for milk to boil, take a bowl and add Custard powder, sugar, and water and mix until everything is dissolved. 3. When your milk has boiled, add your Custard mixture to the pot and stir. 4. Make sure your heat is medium, continue to stir until you get a creamy texture. • if your Custard is too thick add milk. The trick is to keep stirring so that your Custard won't have lumps.

  Queen Cakes Recipe Ingredients : 3 cups of cake flour  1/2 cup of sugar  1/2 tsp salt  3 tsp baking powder  2 eggs  1 cup milk  1 tsp vanilla essence  1/2 cup of cooking oil  Method : Sift flour, baking powder, sugar, salt and mix (dry ingredients ). In a separate bowl add eggs, cooking oil, milk, and vanilla essence and mix (wet ingredients ). Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients. Gently mix the mixture.  In your greased pan fill each baking tray cup with the muffin mixture. Bake at 180° for 15 - 20 mins or until golden brown.

JAM TARTS BISCUITS RECIPE INGREDIENTS  250g softened butter  250ml sugar  2 eggs  5ml vanilla essence  3 cups of flour  1 tsp baking powder  1 tsp bicarbonate of soda  Jam  Serves: 15 Jam tarts  INSTRUCTIONS Preheat the oven to 180°C and grease your baking pan In a bowl cream together the butter and sugar until light & creamy  Add eggs and vanilla essence then continue to mix Sift flour, baking powder, and Bicarbonate of soda then add to the creamy mixture and mix Divide the dough, put one cup of dough in the freezer for 15 - 20mins then the other one press it on your baking pan, and spread the jam over the base. Then take out the dough in the freezer and grate it on top of the dough in your pan Bake until golden brown and crispy Leave to cool then slice into equal squares then serve.
