Wors / Sausage Stew Recipe

 WORS / SAUSAGE STEW RECIPE



Ingredients :

Cooking oil
Wors / Sausage
1 full Onion
1 Beef stock cube
1 Tsp of Rajah curry powder with garlic
1 Tsp of Rajah mild and spicy
1 Tsp of Six gun
2 Grated Tomatoes
1 Tbsp of Worcestershire
2 Tbsp Tomato sauce
A half packet of brown onion soup
250ml of Water
2 tsp of sugar 

Instruction :

Add cooking oil to your pot.

When the oil is heated up, add your wors/sausage to your pan and fry.

Once your wors is fried, remove it from the pot.

Put the pot back on your stove without the wors, add your onion, and beef stock cube and mix, then add your rajah mild and spicy spice, rajah carry powder with garlic spice, six gun spice, and stir.

Add your grated tomato, Worcestershire sauce, and tomato sauce, and stir 

On the side, in your bowl mix brown onion soup with water and add it to your gravy pot and mix then add 2 tsp sugar and mix 

Cut your wors into pieces and put them in the gravy mixture and mix.

& Enjoy.
