Dr. Nkosazana Dlamini Zuma Municipality invites South African unemployed youth who are between the ages of 18-35 years to apply for Driver’s Licence Training and Testing.


Conditions: Dr. Nkosazana Dlamini Zuma Local Municipality is committed to providing skills development opportunities, not only for its employees but also for its community members.

Candidate must be :
- unemployed 
- reside within Dr. Nkosazana Dlamini Zuma Municipality's jurisdiction 


The Municipality will appoint a suitable service provider and will cover the costs for training, testing, and license fees.

• 17 candidates for Code 10 licenses. Requirements: Code 10 Driver’s License and Post Matric qualification. Youth living with a disability.

• 15 candidates for Code 14 licenses. Requirements: Code 14 Driver’s License.

  Queen Cakes Recipe Ingredients : 3 cups of cake flour  1/2 cup of sugar  1/2 tsp salt  3 tsp baking powder  2 eggs  1 cup milk  1 tsp vanilla essence  1/2 cup of cooking oil  Method : Sift flour, baking powder, sugar, salt and mix (dry ingredients ). In a separate bowl add eggs, cooking oil, milk, and vanilla essence and mix (wet ingredients ). Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients.
