Description

The SACAA is taking applications for the 12 monthly graduates internship program in the following departments: -

  • Finance
  • Corporate Services
  • Internal Audit
  • Aviation Security
  • Aviation Safety Operations
  • Aviation Infrastructure
  • Legal and Aviation Compliance
  • Company Secretary Office
  • Office of the DCA

Graduates will be allowed to gain work experience in the following areas: -

General Administration

  • Prepare documents
  • Collate information for reporting
  • Package documentation required for meetings and other departmental engagements
  • Circulate required information and documentation throughout the department and keep accurate records thereof
  • Receive and relay documentation and information to applicable recipients in the department
  • Develop and maintain a proper filing system to ensure accurate retrieval of information as and when required
  • Screen, classify, and record documents for easy access and tracking
  • Coordinate functions and meetings for the department
  • Ensure all documents are properly filed
  • Any ad-hoc duties as required from time to time
Requirements

Minimum Requirements 

  • Grade 12, with a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Internal Audit, LLB, Public Governance, Marketing, Business Administration, or related qualification

All SACAA appointments are subject to S98 of the Civil Aviation Act, 13 of 2009 and all successful candidates will be subjected to security vetting. Employment Equity candidates will be prioritized in line with Employment Equity Plan. If you have not heard from the SACAA 90 days after the closing date, consider your application unsuccessful.
