Description of the role 

Investec Sandton is looking for Tech Graduates to join the Investec Tech 2024 Grad Programme.   

This programme is aimed at students in their final year of studying toward a technology qualification. We consider all institutions as well as people with under two years of practical experience. This is a permanent opportunity for you to join our Out of Ordinary environment.

Our Programme offers you hands-on responsibility and business mentoring in one of the most dynamic and successful financial institutions in South Africa. In addition, the Investec Tech Grad Programme is underpinned by an internal development strategy that provides specialist structured learning and support to enable you to thrive within the Investec environment.

We are looking for young, aspiring data scientists, engineers, software developers, data analysts, and systems support engineers.


Description of the skill and experience required 

Students studying towards a degree or Post Graduate degree in one of the following fields:

  • Bachelor of Science (BSc or BS) in Computer Science.
  • Bachelor of Science (BSc or BS) in Business Computing or Computer Engineering.
  • Bachelor of Commerce (B.Comm) in Informatics or Information Systems.
  • Bachelor of Business Science (B.BusSc) in Information Systems.
  • Any other Tech related degree.

  Queen Cakes Recipe Ingredients : 3 cups of cake flour  1/2 cup of sugar  1/2 tsp salt  3 tsp baking powder  2 eggs  1 cup milk  1 tsp vanilla essence  1/2 cup of cooking oil  Method : Sift flour, baking powder, sugar, salt and mix (dry ingredients ). In a separate bowl add eggs, cooking oil, milk, and vanilla essence and mix (wet ingredients ). Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients. Gently mix the mixture.  In your greased pan fill each baking tray cup with the muffin mixture. Bake at 180° for 15 - 20 mins or until golden brown.
